Incite Fusion is expanding its footprint in Latin America.  We partner with multinational brands to execute on a myriad of research and strategy projects worldwide.  We are looking for smart, flexible, detail-oriented and proactive research and business development consultants to grow our presence in the region.  We work with innovative brands or intermediary boutique firms for projects around the world. 

 

Incite Fusion is looking for experienced Research Consultants in a variety of roles for Latin America: Research Execution and Business Development.  Experience includes familiarity with mix research methodologies, including market research and usability.  As a moderator, you will be required to moderate in Spanish, manage suppliers, timeline and recruitment.  As a market researcher, you will need to have experience in survey design in Spanish in several key markets.  As a business developer, you will need sales skills in mixed research methodologies (e.g. innovative technologies is a plus).  We prefer that you live in Latin America, but can be remotely based.  Travel may be required on certain projects, depending on your experience.

Key Responsibilities for Research Consultants Focused on Executing Research Projects

• Navigate and manage a business challenge from beginning (specs) to end (final research deliverable, presentation & recommendations for impact)

• Manage local suppliers as needed for entire duration of the project

• Experienced with different research platforms, in-person, online focus groups, digital diaries, etc.

• Moderate 1:1s, focus groups, etc., in Spanish (must be fluent in Spanish)

• Speaking ability in English

• Discussion guide and/or survey development (preferably from a draft English version to a Spanish version)

• Project management e.g. keep timeline, milestones, budget in check

• Multi-task under strict timelines and be flexible with changing requirements as needed

• At least 5yrs research-related educational/work/consumer insights experience or academic background relating to economics, sociology, anthropology, etc.

• Managing clients and working in teams that are multi-cultural e.g. US + Latin America

• Business development skills to take business challenges and convert them to research plans and business proposals

• Write business proposals and present them as needed

• Exceptional client-management skills

• Assist with sales of existing and new business in Latin America

• Sales commissions/bonuses included, based on experience
